About us
For our Learning Space department, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join us in Ulm as soon as possible to support us in the creation of web-based training courses. The Learning Space is responsible for planning and implementing training courses and continuing education programs at HENSOLDT.
Your tasks
- Developing and designing new e-learning modules, taking into account didactic principles and user needs.
- Exporting existing e-learning courses from the learning platform and preparing them in an authoring tool.
- Quality assurance of content for completeness and user-friendliness.
- Collaboration with the production team to optimize learning content.
Your profile
- Current studies in media & education management, e-learning & media education, instructional design, or comparable courses of study
- Very good knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., iSpring)
- Very good knowledge of didactics and media didactics
- Very good language skills (English and German) for creating and editing speaker texts
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team and a high willingness to learn
- Independent/autonomous work in the assigned area of responsibility
