In the Supplier Quality department at the Ulm site, we are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the preparation of reports, analysing key figures and working on supplier quality projects.

The Supplier Quality department ensures the delivery quality of suppliers in the supply chain.

Therfore, the department works in close coordination with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, project teams and the supplier. Suppliers are monitored and assessed in terms of their delivery quality and quality capability; in addition to general aspects (such as certifications), delivery data, rejection rates and audit results are used. Together with the suppliers, measures and targets for quality improvement and delivery assurance are implemented.

Your tasks

• Familiarisation with supplier management processes
• Analysing quality and supplier data
• Creating reports on supplier performance and measures
• Support in the tracking of initiated measures
• Collaboration in the further development of supplier management
• Support with supplier development and supplier quality projects
• Assistance in the further development of reports and analyses

Your profile

• Enrolled student in the field of quality management, supply chain management, or comparable degree programmes
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP,..) PowerBI
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and SQP/QM module desirable
• Strong teamwork, loyalty and communication skills
• Independent/self-responsible action in the assigned area of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English
