About the department

For the Leadership & Talent Development department, we are looking for a "Working Student Change & Communication (f/m/d)" at our locations in Taufkirchen or Ulm, starting as soon as possible (approximately 15 hours/week).

In the area of Leadership and Talent Development, we are the experts in leadership and talent development. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of programs and initiatives that provide our leaders and talents with a platform for personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively support the preparation and implementation of communication measures in the context of introducing a new tool-based performance & development process
• Assist in the creation of communication materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters)
• Conduct research on best practices in change management and target group-oriented communication
• Support the evaluation and preparation of data from surveys

Your Profile

• student (m/f/d) in Communication Studies, (Business) Psychology, or a related field
• Passion for change management and communication
• Creativity and strong communication skills, as well as an independent and conscientious work style
• Reliability and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
