About the department

For the Leadership & Talent Development department, we are looking for a "Intern in People Development & Communication (f/m/d)" to start as soon as possible at our locations in Ulm.

In the area of Leadership and Talent Development, we are the experts in leadership and talent development. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of programs and initiatives that provide our leaders and talents with a platform for personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Active support in the preparation and implementation of talent and leadership programs and initiatives
• Execution of target group-oriented communication activities within the framework of various programs and initiatives
• Contribution to the creation of communication materials (e.g., presentations)
• Assistance with updating and maintaining tabular data records and analyses in Excel and SuccessFactors

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably in Business Administration (with a focus on Human Resources), Social Sciences, Education, Communication Studies, (Business) Psychology, or related fields
• Passion for personnel development and communication
• Creativity and strong communication skills, as well as an independent and conscientious working style
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent German and very good English skills
