The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that new and existing products are production-ready, efficient to manufacture, and compliant with all technical and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Advanced Diploma in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development and integration.
- Proficiency with LabVIEW (Programming IDE) and Test Stand (sequence editor).
- Experience with RF test instruments (VNA, spectrum analyser, signal generators, power supplies).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the military electronics environment, preferably in an industrialisation role in RF test equipment.
- Ideal: 8+ years’ experience at specialist level in a complex electronics production or industrialisation environment.
Key Technical Skills
- Expertise in advanced test instrumentation (spectrum/network analysers, signal generators, etc.).
- Ability to develop, maintain, and optimise ATE software using LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Strong knowledge of test coverage, test jig development, and prototype testing.
- Advanced electronic circuit knowledge with proven fault-finding ability.
