About the role
We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic executive, governance and operational support to the Managing Director.
This role goes beyond traditional executive administration and requires an individual who can effectively manage the Executive Office, coordinate high-level governance activities, navigate complex stakeholder engagements and ensure that strategic and operational priorities are executed seamlessly.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, discreet and proactive, with the judgement and confidence to operate effectively in a fast-paced executive environment while managing confidential and commercially sensitive information.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline would be advantageous.
- Project Management qualification would be advantageous.
- Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial training would be advantageous.
- 7–10 years’ experience providing executive support to C-suite executives or senior business leaders.
- Experience coordinating Executive Committee and Board meetings.
- Experience preparing executive reports, presentations and high-level business correspondence.
- Experience managing highly confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Experience coordinating complex executive schedules, international travel and stakeholder engagements.
- Experience within a multinational or highly regulated business environment would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities
Executive Office Management
Manage executive priorities, schedules, communications and administrative activities to optimise the Managing Director's effectiveness and ensure the efficient execution of strategic and operational commitments.
Executive Governance and Business Coordination
Coordinate Board, Executive Committee and Executive Leadership activities, including governance processes, meeting documentation, agendas, action tracking and executive reporting, to support effective decision-making and organisational governance.
Stakeholder and Executive Relationship Management
Facilitate effective engagement between the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders by coordinating communications, meetings, travel and executive engagements to maintain professional relationships and seamless information flow.
Executive Reporting and Business Support
Prepare high-quality executive reports, presentations, correspondence and briefing material while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism to support informed executive decision-making.
Executive Office Optimisation
Identify and implement improvements to Executive Office processes, administrative systems and coordination practices to enhance responsiveness, service delivery and overall operational effectiveness.
