The purpose of the role is to integrate and test various assemblies, units and subsystems including environmental stress testing, testing in the anechoic chamber as well as the antenna test field as required.

 

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   

  • Minimum: Trade Certificate
  • Minimum: 2 - 3 years general experience in integration and testing of various assemblies, units and sub-systems.

 

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS:           

  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes            
  • Technical Drawing / ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.            
  • Basic computer literacy.            
  • Innovative approach to do uncommon and difficult jobs.            
  • Ability to improve knowledge, skill and facility capabilities.      

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 

1. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING    

  • Execute the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new systems to meet functional and operational specifications.           
  • Consistently apply correct manufacturing techniques and procedures to produce high-quality, conforming products with minimal rework.          

2. INTEGRATION SUPPORT AND OPTIMISATION    

  • Provide timely and effective technical support during system integration to ensure seamless operational performance.            
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.           
  • Actively support integration teams to optimize workflows and elevate production output.            

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE    

  • Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).          
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for recurring quality or equipment issues.               

4. COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY    

  • Adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and safe work practices in all tasks.          
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.            
  • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments for equipment processes.
