About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Line Programme Manager to support the Business Line Manager in planning, coordinating, integrating, and monitoring business line activities across the product portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure strategic initiatives, product development programmes, customer commitments, and operational objectives are effectively executed through strong governance, stakeholder coordination, and performance management.
This role requires a collaborative leader with excellent programme management, business planning, and cross-functional coordination skills within an engineering or technology-driven environment.
Qualifications and experience:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.

5–7 years' experience in engineering, systems engineering, project management, programme management, or product management environments.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering programmes or product development activities.

Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and systems engineering processes.

Exposure to portfolio management, business planning, governance, and strategic reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate business line programmes, strategic initiatives, product roadmaps, and governance activities to support successful portfolio execution.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial, and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Monitor business line performance by consolidating programme metrics, portfolio reporting, risks, dependencies, and management information to support informed decision-making.

Coordinate stakeholder engagements with customers, suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams while tracking commitments and supporting business planning activities.

Drive portfolio risk management, governance compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and lessons learnt to optimise business performance and execution.
