About the role
The Business Line Manager – Components needs to support the strategic direction, development, and delivery of advanced product/component solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technical excellence, market relevance, and profitability across the product portfolio, aligned with the overall business strategy.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to shape product strategy, guide roadmap development, and strengthen business relationships in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Systems, or related field)
- Extensive applied experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments
- Proven experience in product/component lifecycle management, product strategy input and roadmap development
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and interpretation of customer requirements

Ability to analyse market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments to inform strategy and drive competitive product positioning. - Technical Product Insight
Deep understanding of product/component technologies and capabilities to support decision-making. - Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
